 Seasonings I place some calls when realizing sugar is most seasonings (ARGH!). The links will give pictures and indgredient list. McCORMMICKS Their salt free line doesnt include sugar either, but check individually in case there's an exception. http://www.mccormick.com/productlist...chType=product LAWRYS Shame shame. | I got my McCormicks last night and realized I had forgotten Mrs. Dash which comes in like 6 flavors (including lemon pepper). Im glad for the season salt comment because that was how I did ground sirloin. Last night I got the Grill Mates Salt Free Steak Seasoning (on Mccormicks link above) to cover the meat. I never heard of Old Bay. Looked it up and see its McCormick. Wonder if its a regional item. | ||||||||||

| Most places stock Old Bay near the seafood. It is a very popular spice for using on seafood especially things like steamed shrimp or steamed crab. But, it is really good in a lot of other dishes as well. You should look for it, I don't think its regional, a friend of mine found it even up in Canada (although it was expensive there) | |||||||||||
