| Tonight I cooked some red and yellow peppers, onions and zuchinni squash with some seasonings and olive oil. I really like Mrs. Dash as a seasoning. I found some mild turkey Italian sausage at Walmart and fixed that to go with the veggies. Then I also had a salad with black olives, 2% sharp chedder cheese, some bacon bits, and a sweet and sour dressing that I make up myself. This was just a spur of the moment thing tonight. But it was good. I'm having red raspberries and ff yogurt with some sweetener and some lemon for desert. What's on your table tonight? | |||||||||||

| Hi, Thanks for asking...Last night I had a phase 2 SBD frozen dinner. I have to admit I wasn't too crazy about the phase 1 options, but this phase 2 dinner with chicken, veggies and whole wheat pasta was pretty darn good! I had a 1/2 an apple with some all natural PB for a dessert.(this was the first time I had Adams PB and it was the best) Tonight, I'm going to make a chicken recipe out of the blue book and make extra so that I'll have leftover because I'm totally craving the apple chicken walnut salad recipe that's listed under phase 2. It sounds soooo good! | ||||||||||

| Ooooh, do tell us how it turns out, Dawn. Didn't do much of anything for dinner tonight, just a sandwich and salad. Oh well, sometimes it's like that, you know? Don't feel like cooking and dealing with dirty dishes. | |||||||||||

| FYI The Apple Walnut Chicken Salad was delicious. I didn't have any Italian dressing, so I tried a little with mayo, didn't like that but then I used some "Tuscan style basil herb" Safeway brand dressing. It was yummy! There's only a gram of sugar per serving, but I just noticed that there is something called Corn syrup solids in it. That can't be good. Bummer. But it was worth it. I ate if for lunch and the leftover for dinner that same day! | ||||||||||
