 Good "taco" salad Hey I just wanted to share this idea with everyone. I made it for dinner last night and it was great. I started with shredded lettuce and topped it with a half cup of black beans, a cup of well seasoned cooked lean ground beef, some chopped tomatoes, and a sprinkling of low-fat mozzarella cheese. I added a few dashes of hot sauce for taste and thats it. It was really good and I didn't even miss the taco shell!      | ||||||||||

| that does sound yummy Here is more ways to make it.... brown turkey burger in pan add Salsa, and all your favorite taco stuff....lettuce, tomatoes, ff/sour cream...olives...and of course hot sauce.... French | ||||||||||
