| We need some Irish menu ideas that are south beach friendly. Corn beef and cabbage?

| Well since we're Irish we always have corned beef and cabbage, hmmm, I wonder if corned beef is too high fat for SB? Anybody know? They do have a lot of fat on them. | |||||||||||

| Yeah, there's 16 grams of fat in 3 ounces of corned beef. Personally I don't care for corned beef anyway, so I won't be missing a thing. Now I love cooked cabbage with some onion in it. I have some diet lean stew beef in my freezer that I could with the cabbage. But I would think that if someone really, really wanted a small portion of corned beef for St. Patty's Day, they should be able to have it as a special treat. But just ask yourself if it's worth it. | |||||||||||
