| Super easy and delicious! Take a jalepeno pepper, (be sure to wear gloves while handling peppers!) make a slit down the pepper the long way, scrape out the seeds(the more seeds you leave the hotter they'll be!) Stuff with your choice of a peeled and deveined shrimp or a chunk of your favorite low fat cheese Wrap in a strip of low fat bacon, secure with a toothpick or skewer and grill! (if using wooden skewers be sure and soak them in water for about 1/2 hour so they won't burn) ![]() ![]() | |||||||||||

| OOOO, they look so good. I bet you could also use ham to wrap around them also. or Canadian bacon would be delicious. The heat is also in the ribs, so for folks who like them milder, you could open them up some and scape that part away with the tip of a carrot peeler. My husband is going to die for these. :Biker: Thanks MOD I wonder if we could "shadow this recipe over to quick and easy?:Sarcastic:

| I don't know how quick and easy it is Lynne, it does take some time to clean and stuff the peppers if you do it carefully so you only have one little slit, that way the cheese doesn't escape when it melts! Yea, the thing about the ribs in the peppers Lynne is that to me it gives them a bitter taste, I always scrape them out with my fingernail (in a glove of course) | |||||||||||
