| Does anyone know of brands of good deli meats that don't taste like they're full of additives & fillers? | ||||||||||

| I have a really hard time finding good deli meats too. I find the problem is the sodium content. I actually saw one the other day that had 1650 g's of sodium in 3 slices! That's a HUGE amount! I tend to buy them from the deli counter fresh sliced rather than prepacked, i find they taste alot better. | ||||||||||

| Boar's Head brand are the best I've found. BUT, you have to read the labels, acutally they usually have a brochure at the deli counter that tells you everything about each Boar's Head product that you need to know! They are even the only company that I've seen that sells 100% Beef hotdogs with no additives! ( even though i don't eat hotdogs very often ) | |||||||||||

| I love Boar's Head low sodium ham. It tastes better than any regular deli ham I've ever eaten. I think it has one gram of sugar in it, which makes it acceptable. The low sodium turkey breast is good too. Doesn't taste so card-board like. | ||||||||||
