| I am in Phase 2 of the south beach diet now. I have a bunch of low sodium Health Valley soup in my pantry. My favorite is the Vegetarian Chili. Is this ok for South beach diet. It's all organic and has no salt added, but it looks like the sugar contet is a bit high. Carb content is high but that could be from all the beans. I know they use organic cane sugar but I think for this diet it's still bad. I really miss having these because when I get home from work and then the gym, I'm just too tired to cook all this food. It's very time consuming and expensive. I've ended up just eating salad every night. what are your thoughts? | ||||||||||
