| I keep pasta in an airtight rubbermaid container. What I've found interesting since I cut sugar/pasta out of my diet, is when I make pasta for the family, and i open that container, i can actually smell the sugar in the pasta!It's has a really interesting sweet smell uncooked like that. I had never noticed that in the past. | ||||||||||

| Yes! It's so interesting how, before this WOE, I'd developed insensitivity to things like that! Now, when I smell or eat some processed foods, I notice how extra sweet or salty they are, or the yukky-tasting chemicals that have been added to whole foods. I had never noticed how yukky those foods really are sometimes. | ||||||||||
