| Has anyone tried using evaporated milk in recipes to replace cream? I used to use it as creamer back in my weight watchers days. I had forgotten about it until i saw it in the store recently. I bought a can of fat free, not sure what to use it for yet but I think it may be a good repacement for cream. I may try it in the ricotta recipe. anyone have any experience cooking with it? | ||||||||||
