| I'm working that day but when I come home we are going to bbq sirloin burgers and I'm making mock potato salad -- made from cauliflower. Do you know that I like this better than traditional potato salad now! Our pool is finally warm enough to swim in so we'll splash around and work up our appetite. Oh and I forgot. We're also making mango smoothies to enjoy pool side! What's on your menu? | ||||||||||

| we don't have memorial day here our holiday was last weekend, but since we're getting nice weather i'm planning on bbq'ing. I have some racks of ribs in the freezer i was going to make for the family (i may have one or two as a treat) i'll probably have some sort of chicken. I love caulflower salad too mindy! I haven't made it actaully since last summer (really not a cold northern winter food), I've got lots of cauliflower here..i just might make that too! | ||||||||||

| You know, Jen, I find it much more satisfying than regular potato salad. Ever since I have been eating much more complex carbohydrates - veggies and the whole grains, I find that I get fuller faster and am much more satisfied. I never want to stop eating this way!!!!!! | ||||||||||
