 Benefiber  Has anyone used this yet? It says you can cook with it. Also, its sugar free. I would love to try some if its SB friendly. I need all the help with fiber I can get.

| It's fine to use as long as it's sugar free. I haven't tried it though, so I can't give you a review. Has anyone tried Fiberchoice yet? It's suppose to be chewable and they have sugar free. http://www.fiberchoice.com/compare/ | |||||||||||
