Curious if anyone's experienced these. Going to long without eatin normally just causes hunger pains. The shakes happen occasionally and Ive noticed them follow a morning of highly sweetened cereal like fruity pebbles followed by not eating for some hours but doing much walking.
It feels like an attack - your body feels this horrible shaking inside, you become to weak to even support yourself standing and are hit with drastic immediate almost painful hunger. Its disabling. My daughter knows to rush buy some snack and bring it back to me. As you eat, your strength returns and the shakes subdue. It reminds me of ahving seen asthmatics getting relief from an inhaler.

Im not diabetic - tested twice. Ive read it to be a symptom of PCOS which I have. I havent had an episode since the diet except once I had a very reduced version of it which was cool in a way because I was still able to get something on my own. Just wondered if anybody experienced this as well because Ive wondered if others without PCOS had this very specific thing happen.
