| Hello All, I am fairly new to the boards (and to SB!) but have to say that this is fantasic. I've learned so much just from reading through - so thanks. I have a question...I am on day 11 of Phase One (almost done!) and over the past few days have been experiencing hot flashes. I just get really flushed in the face and my cheecks get warm and my eyes burn a little...and then I feel very tired. Could this be due to a drop in my blood sugar levels? I am trying to eat every 3-4 hours. But right now I am not hungry at all. So far today I have had: Breakfast -2 boiled eggs (only 1 yolk), 2 slices turkey bacon, 1/2 cup V8 ????: South Beach Diet Forums http://www.southbeachdietbulletinboard.com/lets-get-healthy-chat/1161-hot-flash.html Lunch - 1 can tuna in water, celery stx and raw zucchini w/ 3T hummous I ate lunch about 2 hours ago. I also feel kind of cranky along with these "hot flashes" (could be due to PMS too) | ||||||||||
