| Every time I go on this diet within a day or two I'm just exhausted. I'm trying it again and the same thing has happened. Has anyone else had this problem? I counted my carbs and counting the fat free milk and fat free cheese I've had 33 carbs. That's counting 2 ritz crackers I ate just to see if I could get to feeling better. Anyone got any suggestions? Could it be because my body is getting rid of all the stored up sugar? Believe you me, there's plenty of that ! I know I can stick to this diet if I can just get rid of the no energy/tired part. | ||||||||||

How often are you eating?...every 3 hours? you should be if your not...and I'm also wondering if your menu is getting you enough of the proper nutrition...do you own the SBD book? Have you tried starting and sticking to the menu suggestions in the book? | |||||||||||

| That is totally normal within the first 3-5 days of starting the diet. Your body is going through a "carb crash". It will get better in week 2. Add some beans to your diet; it really does help. (1/2 cup = serving size) I ate a lot of black beans and refried beans in PH 1. | ||||||||||
