| WHO WANTS TO JOIN US!!??? 12 week challenge starting Saturday Feb. 9th (I'll post on Monday) Our local community center is starting a "get fit challenge" tomorrow. I have my husband & my best friend going to sign up with me! Anyone who weighs in weekly, will get their name published in the local paper showing the total % of body weight that has been lost!...SWEET! I figure I'm already doing the weight loss part, what better way to motivate myself than getting an extra 'atta girl in the local paper right? (We'll be using the honor system here online of course...lol) ANY TAKERS???? | |||||||||||

| I AM DETERMINED! Signed up for the challenge....found out I have 38% body fat...OUCH! That hurt. Also found out my scales are off...OUCH again! According to them, Sat. morning I weighed 212.4...not 207...CRAP...the good news is, I did sign up, and I am more motivated than ever...and get this....I HAVE WORKED OUT 3 DAYS IN A ROW!! :OMG: Can you believe it! SWI-ZEET! Yeah me...I feel great by the way. I woke up Sunday after my 1st workout and I was SO sore, but I realized if I did it again, maybe it would help w/the sore muscles...and it did... Who's w/me on this 12 wk. challenge and what are you willing to share as far as where you are now...should we do weight? or just keep track of what we have lost? Any ideas? ANYONE???? | |||||||||||

| well, I can weigh in today, or tomorrow...think I'll wait till tomorrow. BUT, I've messed up and taken a vacation day at work, so I won't be here to post!...wahhh!! But I might stop in sometime over the weekend to share my results...ESPECIALLY if they are GOOD ONES! | Well, the big weigh in for me Friday...1st week on my 12 week challenge. Lost 4.4 lbs! YIPPEE!!! Their scale had me at 208...remember their scale was way off compared to mine?...anyhow, I'm sure I'm down at least 1 lb. since friday, so I'm leaving my ticker the way it is now....SOON...VERY SOON...I WILL BE UNDER 200!!! KILLER!!!!! I can't wait!~ I am really starting to tell in my "rear area"...I bought a "walk away the pounds" workout, and I can really tell my hiney is smaller...lol...my jeans are all saggy in the butt area, and I had to break out a belt this weekend!...YEAH!!! Anyone else like to share their progress? | |||||||||||

| Local paper came out today with the results of the 1st week. 235 people entered...here is where we are: Tiny T. #53 with 2.073% of my wt. lost. hubby #76 with 1.674% lost friend #128 with .753% lost I got a walking video...walk 1 mile every 15 minutes...it's great...walked 3 miles Sat., 3 on Sun, 5 on Mon. & 1 today so far...I feel really good about it! We're on a roll....anyone else wanna chime in on their weight loss this past week? ANYONE???? | |||||||||||

| today's the big weigh in...yippee! I have to wait for the hubby to get out of work to go with me though, so I won't actually be able to post until later...but I'm sure I'll have some great results this week! I CAN JUST FEEL IT! | had troubles posting for awhile...sorry RESULTS for the 2nd weigh in... 0.6 lbs. WHAT THE SHIT? I walked 30 miles last week and only lost 1/2 a damn pound!?? VERY CRAPPY RESULTS for the work I did!!! BUT....I was determined to keep on doing what I'm doin'...and I feel really good about it this week...I think it took awhile for my metabolism to increase and now it might actually be doing something this week!!! Dare I say I'll soon be under 200!!! HOW COOL IS THAT!!! I'm going 1st thing in the AM tomorrow to weigh in again...week #3...we shall see if there is a big increase to my even 5 lb. loss so far...keep your fingers crossed for me! Anyone else wanna share how they're doing???? | |||||||||||
