Thread: restaurant menu guide

South beach is very easy to follow but what when you go out to dinner? There are so many choices but sometimes it is unavoidable. I found this index on line and wanted to share. So next time you go to eat out take a quick peek here. There are a lot not listed, my fav restaurant texas roadhouse refuses to publish their nutritional information so I try to be as basic as possible. You need to use the link, I could not do a copy and paste.

The SB folk also have published a dining out guide that is in the $6 range and can probably be found in used bookstores or online for less (although shipping usually eats up the difference!). Just another alternative. From what I can tell with just the one I tried, Panera, it just takes you to their website. It doesn't really tell you that none of their breads are SB friendly for instance or recommend what to eat there for SB purposes. good info to have access to multiple restaurant websites though.

I'm going to look for the book Rox. I have a few Birthdays coming up & we all usually meet up to celebrate at a restaurant.
