| I always keep a bag of pre-cut cabbage (sold as coleslaw) in my fridge for when I only have about 5 minutes to cook something... Take whatever leftover meat you have and cut into bite size pieces; chicken breast, turkey, ham, lean beef, even canadian bacon works... Spray a non-stick skillet (w/canola or olive oil spray) and get the pan real HOT ????: South Beach Diet Forums http://www.southbeachdietbulletinboard.com/quick-meals-menu-ideas/1477-quick-stir-fry.html Toss in cut up meat & the cabbage. Add seasonings of your choice (salt & pepper, herbs, even lite soy sauce...whatever flavors you like) Stir/Fry constantly until hot. EAT I love this beacause it's so versitle. You can add just about anything to it and it will still be wonderful. Toss in anything; broccoli, onion, green pepper, tomato, mushroom, even egg!....the list is endless...It's hard to screw this stuff up. Throw in anything that looks good together and you got yourself a quick meal (and you used up your leftovers too!)
