| UUUGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just came from the mall... All I want is lo mein lol & a milkshake of course. But I didn't do it. I stayed strong. I should've eaten before I went..I've learned my lesson. Now I am back at my desk with all my prepped food for the day. | ||||||||||

| Having food prepped is recipe for success. I don't like depriving myself, so I have to keep healthy alternatives around all the time. Great job on surviving the mall! It gets easier. I can hear the motivation in your posts and can sense the pounds melting away for all of us! I tried the roasted garbanzo beans today. What an awesome snack!!! Thanks T for the idea. Wow. Can't wait to season them with all sort of things and am wondering if other kinds of beans would work, too. I brought some to my neighbor and their whole family went nuts for them and plan to start making roasted beans in place of potato chips. What a great alternative for kids! Just had my chicken breast and salad with yogurt and pecans for dessert. Feeling full and so far, so good on day 5!

| Well... This weekend I didn't do so well. All my encouragement...for nil. I went to 2 parties & couldn't stand it. I had a couple drinks which always leads to trouble. Anyway, I am back on it today. I have all my food ready. | ||||||||||

| Starting over is crazy too. Sometimes I do hair & when I do that I don't even come home. So yesterday wasn't good either. I did hair until 1a. My husband brought me buffalo wings at 11p. lol. So you know I was starving. Between 7p when I got to my destination & 11p when I actually got sustenance, I had about 4 graham crackers. I did drink plenty of water though. I suck royally at this. Today wasn't the best since I didn't get in the bed til 2a so I didn't have anything prepped for today. Hopefully, tonight I'll have some me time. Let's see. | ||||||||||
