| Oh, yummm, I had this yesterday and it was so quick to make. Lettuce leaves or even large spinach leaves will work. I used the Boston Lettuce cause they are soft and easy to work with. 1T of low fat mayo. turkey breasts or you can use ham green onion and red pepper strips. Just put some mayo on the leaves, and then one slice of the turkey, one green onion, and a couple red pepper strips.

| That sounds good. I sometimes take a couple thin slices of turkey, chicken or ham and spread a little bit of soft low fat Philly cream cheese on the meat. I use the onion and chive flavored cream cheese. Then I put a stalk of asparagus in the middle and roll that up into a log. Sticks toothpicks along the roll up and slice in between the toothpicks. There you have some bite size snacks. And they look pretty with the white and green in the middles. You could probably do the same thing and put pimentos or roasted red peppers in the middle to go with them. Take them to a party or outing. | |||||||||||

| These would probably taste really good with the cilantro lowfat mayo instead of the cream cheese (as a variation not a substitute!!!).:Love3: | ||||||||||
