Default Turkey melt

I found this on another site, I havent tried it yet but i think it sounds good,

Deli Turkey Bacon Melt*

Ingredients:
2 slices turkey bacon

1/2 whole wheat English muffin

3 oz. low sodium, cooked & sliced turkey breast

2 tomato slices

1 oz. low fat cheddar cheese

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cook turkey bacon per package directions and cut each strip in half. Top muffin half with turkey breast, tomato slices, turkey bacon and cheese. Bake 3 to 5 minutes until cheese melts. Serve.

sounds yummy-but the turkey bacon i have tried tastes like shoe leather!
has anyone found a good one? or can you substitute canadian bacon?
