Sugar Free Cranberry Relish
*from Christmas Recipes for Diabetics

2 cups cranberries
2 apples (sweet, not tart)
1 cup orange juice
chopped nuts
sweetner to taste


Grind together the cranberries and apples, using food processor or blender.
Add orange juice, chopped nuts and sweetner to taste. Refrigerate several hours before using.
