| Found this broccoli salad in a recipe book and put the SBD twist to it... Had it for dinner and it was very YUMMY! 3/4 C. Lite Mayo/Salad Dressing 3 Tblsp. Vinegar 3 Tblsp. Splenda/Sugar sub. 6 C. fresh Broccoli (chopped) 1 small red onion (chopped) 6 Sliced turkey bacon (cooked & crumbled) *I cut my bacon up w/kitchen scissors...worked great. In a large bowl, wisk together dressing, vinegar & splenda. Add broccoli, onion & turkey bacon. Blend well. (Chill for 1 hour to get the best flavor.) | |||||||||||
