Default Help!!

Ok so this is 5 1/2 weeks I have been doing SB and I have only lost 3.5 pounds. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

Should I do Phase 1 again? I don't think I have ever done it totally perfect, ex ate to many nuts, or had f/f s/f pudding.

I don't know why it's taking me so long just to get back down to my normal weight of 120. It' seems in the past if I gained a few pounds I could just eat good and workout everyday and be back down to 120 in like 2 weeks this time it's taking forever. ugggggggggg

Thanks Dawn, it's weird cause I feel like im tightening up however not loosing on the scale, but I know why it's from my working out and having muscle duh. I remember when I did the figure contest it took forever to loose pound on the scale but I could tell a huge difference in my clothes and the way I looked. I just have to keep reminding myself of that, and stop eating the dessert on the weekend no matter how good I have been because it won't get me to my goal weight.

I was going to say that before, should have. You are full of muscle. That's why you're not seeing it on the scale! See, that's the difference between you and me, mine is all flab. LOL

I know that when you are on Phase 1 your energy goes down the drain too, so I think i'll even cut back on the cardio and just do an awesome weight workout. I think i'll do 20 minutes of cardio a day and really focus on the weights then i'll ad in more cardio as I ad in the grains/fruit.

Sounds like you are working it out. Yes, try that and see how that goes. I think I've heard here before how this diet helps you figure out what's best for you,and you just make adjustments until you get what result you are looking for. I know I need to start doing more serious abdominals work, that's where all of my trouble is.

I never workout my abs. You use your abs for everything. THe only thing that gives you those 6 pack abs is eating well, once you loose the fat you see the abs. Personally I wouldn't waste your time on doing abs.

:OMG:
WHAT?!

You rock my world. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have NEVER heard that one before!
Every single person I have ever talked to about belly fat has said that the only way to get rid of it is doing ab excersizes.
That just threw me for a loop!

No im so serious. The only thing working your abs does is make then stronger, everyone has a 6 pack already, most peoples just don't show cause they have to much fat on top of them. Once you loose the fat you see the abs, i promise.

Like with me I never do abs but I eat pretty darn healty so my abs always show, however my hips and rear is where I store fat so that is the last place I see it go from, but it's not the exercising that gets them to show it's the eating very well, and I mean I have to eat like perfectly to have my hips where I want them to be, no sugar binges on the weekends if I want nice tight hips and rear:Whip:
