| Ok so the last 2 weeks, I just can't get satisfied, I just want to eat eat eat, it's all I think about is food, what is going on. Does anyone else have this problem? I have been eating way to many nuts, and I have been eating cereal, and I bought the f/f whip cream in the tub and ate a ton of it I went through the whole container in like 4 days, what is going on with me. It must be cause I haven't been eating veges like I should. Any suggestions? Like for lunch I had, black eyed pees and 2 cups of veges and 1/2 c cottage cheese and now 2 hours later I want more food like nuts im craving them so badly right now. | ||||||||||

| Your body's hungry. You're not giving it the required foods on SBD. That's why you just want to eat. | ||||||||||

| So you have to eat like 4 1/2 cups of veges a day and eat meat for breakfast lunch and dinner and drink 2 cups of milk a day and then you won't be hungry right? | ||||||||||

| The right amounts, with each of the right meals & snacks. Remember the right amounts of: 1. oils 2. proteins 3. veggies. These are the three required foods, with required portions. (It's all on the Meal Model Sticky. http://www.sbdbb.com/showthread.php?t=526) Of course, you'll probably still feel hunger sometimes. But you probably won't want to eat all the time as much. You'll probably feel more satisfied. Why not try it? | ||||||||||

| Thanks Mindy im noticing that. Yesterday I started Phase 1 squeaky clean and I was having mad cravings in the afternoon I just wanted to splurged on nuts but I didn't instead I was like if I eat my veges then my cravings will go away, so I had cauliflower and hummus and guess what, the cravings went away and I didn't even crave sweets at night but I did have the ricotta dessert as my treat | ||||||||||

| This may be off topic but I also know that I can become more aware of hunger if my schedule changes and I have more down time. Not so much craving like carbs set off, but just a consideration too. | ||||||||||
