| Hey I thought I would start up this thread for all of us who have 10 pounds or less to loose. We all know the less you have to loose the harder it is to loose it, so i thought some ladies could tell what they are doing and what is helping them to get off those last 10lbs. | ||||||||||

| Thanks Dawn. I know lots of women struggle with those last 5-10lbs so im just wondering if there is anyone out there that is sucessfully loosing those last few pounds and what are they doing to make it happen. For me im doing Phase 1 exactly like the book says to see if it will help me start loosing sense I never really did Phase 1 perfectly. | ||||||||||

| It will be a long while *sigh* until I have 10 pounds to lose but Ive been that low and remember one thing. Those 10 pounds seemed to dislike goodbye and preferred see you later. Ive read (and theres tons of theorys) that the body biologically reserves 10-15 lbs as a survival thing which supposedly hence the stuggle. | ||||||||||

Actually I got up to my highest weight of 134 about 2 years ago, I had no clue I even weighed that much everyone always told me I was little and I guess that is still little but not in my mind. Anyway I started dieting in January of 2004 and got down to 126 by April then I decided to do a figure contest and went from 126-115 in 3 months. I know I just need to keep trucking on it's like the first month you don't notice anything and then the scale starts to move once you get to the end of your 2nd month of dieting if you are consistently eating well and working out | ||||||||||
