| I feel so full. Mon-Wed I was starving all day but yesterday and today I have been so full and not even really hungry. This is what I ate today am I doing something wrong... Breakfast 1/2 cup beans and two pieces Turkey sausage Snack String Cheese Stick Lunch Salad with tomotoes and cucumbers and vinggertte dressing and a hard boiled egg

| NOt sure im wondering the same thing about myself. I wonder if I need to cut back on the oil it says to have 1T at lunch but maybe that's why im so stuffed now or it could just be from all the fiber, I had black eyed peas, 1 1/2 cup of zuchinni stir fryed with 1 small tomato mushrooms and onions and im so stuffed now. This morning I had 2 pieces turkey bacon, 2 eggs 1 tsp of olive oil and 6 spears of asparagus for my morning snack I had 15 cashews. This is exactly like the meal plan says but I am so stuffed right now. | ||||||||||

| Maybe that is it! Cuz at first I wasnt having the right amount of protein and veggies. My today after lunch I was stuffed. OH well I guess! I am going to weigh myself this afternoon even though its only be 5 days I am hoping that I have lost some!

| I know you mentioned not to weigh in the afternoon but I did and the scale still says I lost 3 more pounds so that is a total of four pounds this week!! !YEAH

| Hi, Myndi Jo and Brownie. Here's a very similar thread with SUN:http://www.sbdbb.com/showthread.php?t=1038 If you have to cut down on any of the 3 required foods, probably it's most important to have all the protein. But be sure to still have a reasonable amount of your veggies and oils with meals. If you're too full, you could try eating more slowly or drinking less at meal time. Or take a little break from your meal & then go back & eat more. | ||||||||||

| Well, there are some things I've tried... Pre-count & put the nuts in individual-size portioned baggies. Ask someone to hide the rest of the nuts or all the extra baggies. Change the type of nuts. Stop nuts & have peanut butter instead. Use sesame seeds or sunflower seeds & make up a sweet dessert-like thing. Sesame seeds can be good in salads. Sometimes when I keep overdoing it I need to ban nut products from the house. After having seeds for awhile, I'm able to handle peanut butter again without overdoing it. You'll probably come up with your own ideas. If you do, will you post them? | ||||||||||
