| Today Is Day 5 For Me I Have Lost 9 Pounds So Far. I Am Getting Sick Of The Veggies. I Love V-8 Juice But I Dont Know What Kind To Buy And How Much I Can Drink In A Days Time. Anyone Know. | ||||||||||

| Sick of veggies? Have you looked at the list of veggies in the "foods allowed" section? I bet there are quite a few there that you haven't even tried yet. And try fixing your old standard veggies a different way for a change. As far as I can tell, the recommendation is 2 servings of V-8 per day. That's 16 ounces. I use a reduced sodium V-8 but any tomato based V-8 will be fine. | |||||||||||

| I Have Ate Mostly Salads And Turkey. I Have Lost 9 Pounds In 5 Days. Guess I Was Full Of Water. Lol Now But I Cant Stand Cucumbers Now. I Am Going To The Grocery Store Tomorrow And Get Some New Stuff. Thanks For You Info I Appreciate It I Am At A Loss Most Of The Time For Ideas Of What To Eat. Got Some Good Ideas From Journals On This Site. | ||||||||||

| The scales didnt say less than 206 today so now im not going to check everyday its depressing when it does not move. my bra is going on the tightest hooks now in just 6 days i was wearing it on the second so thats good. lol. | ||||||||||
