vitamin waters?

hi, i'm going to start this diet for the first time next week after i get the chance to go grocery shopping for foods that are acceptable for this diet ... my question is, the vitamin waters by glaceau (at vitaminwater.com) ... are those allowed by the diet? if you click on a flavor from the roll-down menu you can scroll over and click what's inside and it lists all the ingredients. i'm not really a fan of plain water so if this acceptable this will really help! thanks.
