| Hi all: I started SBD about one month ago. I cheated alot especially in the fruit department and still lost 10 pounds. I am wondering what type of nuts and how I can have per day on Phase one. TY Marcella | ||||||||||

| Hi Marcella, Here are the nut type and portion reccommendations from the "Foods to Enjoy on Phase One" Sticky. Be careful though. I find that nuts are a great snack and really curb my sweets cravings and hold me over to the next meal. But it is VERY tempting and easy for me to eat way too many. It's helpful to pre-portion them so that you don't overdo it. I think I had too many on phase one - I am going to try to avoid them for phase two (which I started today). NUTS AND SEEDS (Limit to one serving per day as specified.
