Default Muscle or FAT

I just finished a 3 week phase one. Lost weight but I think it was muscle. I have more inner thigh fat than before?? Anyone else have this problem? I work out alternating between weights and cardio. My pants went from a 46-42 in just 3 weeks but it seems like there is more fat than before.

Yes, for me, things often shifted around like that. Then they changed in another way in the next week or so. Exercise really helps. And as you say, maybe you did lose some muscle. I wouldn't be concerned about it, if I were you.

I suggest that you keep building muscle & doing cardio (and stretching) and go to Phase 2. As you know, it's not a good idea to try to lose too fast.
