Default I need HELP please!

First of all - Hello!

I started the SB diet last week Monday, and I was thinking...so far, so good. But, I am starting to feel discouraged. I lost about 4 lbs which I am happy about, but I keep gaining those lbs back. I have not strayed from the diet at all. My normal meals usually go like this:

Breakfast:

2 hardboiled eggs
2 piece of canadian bacon

Mid-Morning Snack:


Celery w/ 2 Tbls of Natual Peanut butter
OR
Low-fat String cheese

Lunch:

A Large salad with South Beach Italian dressing

Mid-Afternoon Snack:

2% Cheddar cubes or Sugar-Free Jello
or 30 pistachios if I haven't had peanutbutter earlier in the day

Dinner:

Beef Tenderloin/Baked Ham/Baked Chicken Breast/Cheeseburger - no bun

Either one of those with some sort of steamed veggies

I drink TONS of water throughout the day, and have one diet soda with dinner.

I also have a cup of coffee a day with Equal and a sprinkle of skim milk or powdered creamer.

Does it look like I am doing something wrong. I'm getting really discouraged because I haven't lost too much, and what I have lost is coming back on.

Can you please help me?

Check out the model diet sticky at the top of the page. This really helped me. How much weight do you have to lose? If it's only a few pounds it will take awhile for it to come off. Try measuring yourself instead. I am not an expert on this diet but the only thing I can think of is to maybe cut down on the nuts?? I know they are allowed but they do seem to stall a lot of people. Sorry not very helpful. I check on this page once in awhile but no one seems to be on it that has any real understanding of the diet. I would maybe try to google another SBD forum, one that's more active. Good luck to you!
