Unhappy the latest that i eat

the latest that i eat is at 7:30 or 8pm because around 6 I go to the gym and then I have to cook by the time the food get done it is that time is that okay? and the earliest I eat breakfast is at 10:am I have two small kids and this is my schedule any suggestions and is this going to prevent me from loosing weight Phase 1 day 9 I feel great?

Did someone say you had to eat at some particular time? It's whatever works best for you. If you feel great, guess it's working. Just be sure that you're eating enough, and while in Phase 1, you shouldn't be skipping beachy snacks... and there are soooo many to choose from. I eat after 8 usually, but I don't have small kids to deal with, so it's fine for me. We all have to adjust our meal times to work with our schedules. Are you haven't any problem in particular with your meal schedule that you'd like help with? If I didn't have to go to the office every day, I'd probably eat breakfast a little later too. I eat dinner around 7:30 everynight now to due to going to the gym... i hate eating that late but got to get them veggies in...i try and eat my dinner at lunch and eat lunch at dinner time...kay that makes no sense you may know what i'm trying to say... lunch for most people is usually lighter than dinner i just switch that around so i'm not eating so much that late at night...

Wow...you don't eat bkfst untill 10 am? Holy cow! What time do those kids get up? Mine are up at the crack of dawn! lol I don't think it matters when you eat, just how often...this is my schedule...bkfst at 6 am, snack at 9, lunch at 12, snack at 3, dinner at 6...works out pretty good. I had to set an alarm at first to remind me to eat every 3 hours, but I think that is VERY important!...keeps blood sugar at a constant level and prevents hunger!...there are no set times to eat, but you should at least, eat something evey 3 hours in my opinion.

My husband and I both get up about 6:30 and we eat breakfast. but because he teaches in the evening and I only see him at lunch, we usually have our big meal at lunch and I pack him a salad and snacks to take with him. You can find a way to work around any schedule.

Me, I can't eat after 7 at night. If I do, I'll be up all night long and that doesn't make for a good next day.

BTW..........hello everyone. Just joined today and I must say the support on here could use a little push. Anyone that asks a question should be able to get an answer or at least a link. If they don't, they'll fee left out and go away.
