| Hi There, I am new to SBD, I have done Atkins before but this is a bit diferent. I still have alot of questions and I am sometimes not sure if what I am eating is okay. I have decided to post y menu from yesterday and someone can let me know if I am doing this correctly.... Day 1.... Breakfast: 2 eggs 2 pork breakfast sausages coffee w/skim milk snack: 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese Lunch: 1/4 cup of hummus celery sticks cucumber 1/2 cup of lentil beans Snack: 30 pistachios Dinner: lettuce and Tomato salad w/oil and vinagre 1 skinless and boneless chicken breast steamed cauliflower Snack: 1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt w/5 almonds I would appreciate any feedback. | :Welcome: keep in mind i'm no expert here okay so i'm just gonna give my .02 i think your menu looks just fine... there are only a few things that i would change such as your pork sausg...maybe cannidian bacon, or turkey bacon something less fatty...and nuts only one serving per day... i know you only said 5 almonds but your plan was to have 30 pistacho...(btw are not allowed in my house) other than that your menu looks great....I hope this helps... are you exercising??. | ||||||||||
