I found these Voortman Flaxseed Omega 3 cookies at WalMart in Canada. They aren't in our WalMart in the U.S. but I live on the Canadian border and happened to be shopping at their WalMart.
Based on the following nutritional information - can someone with more experience in this area - tell me if these are
nutritionally any good?

I Would love the input as I find that sometimes I think I'm buying something healthy and it ends up that the label is misleading and it isn't a real healthy choice after all.
P.S. - I know that I can't have these (certainly not on phase 1) but it isn't just about me. I'm trying to find healthy alternatives for my family. My kids, like most kids, like to eat cookies and snacks. I've taken away the Pop Tarts and replaced them with healthier breakfast alternatives (like home made muffins), I've taken away the candy bars and replaced them with fruit granola bars - now I want to find a healthy alternative for the cookie jar.
