| Does anyone know what the rule is no Cream Cheese, I have fat free cream cheese and love it on my celery is this ok??? What happens if you fall off the bandwagon and someone was eating cheetos next to me, I had two cheetos, what does this mean for my diet????? Did I totally ruin the last two days???? | ||||||||||

| That's so true, I find this happens in me often. I eat a little of something not legal and it doesn't cause me to gain weight so then I ad in a little something else and so on it doesn't cause you to gain weight, but it definatley stops the weight loss. | ||||||||||
