| Technially, I started P1 this past Thursday and would have kept going, but I just couldn't get past the beer over the weekend. So! I'm starting over today and I am NOT invovling myself with the negative (party people) influences from here on out. | ||||||||||

| Hi there! I had a pretty rotton weekend and cheated big time!!! Only one day, but still. Technically, I'm on day 8, but I think I'll put my self back one day for the cheating. What kind of things are you eating for snacks and breakfast! I'm a little at a loss. | ||||||||||

| I do first thing in the morning after using the bathroom AND in the "buff" on the scale. Yuk! But need to be "light" as possible.
