Default I just wanted to say hi.

I just want to say hi, I'm starting on Thursday. The day after Halloween so I can try some candy before I officially start and stay on this diet.

Hi everyone, I started this diet the day after I returned from my 5 days in NYC celebrating my 20th wedding anniversary. That was 10 days ago and I've lost 7 lbs and very excited about it. I haven't had any headaches like one of you mention. I'm actually shocked to see how easy this is. I'm a sugar addict and this has taken away most of my cravings. Halloween night was tempting, but I didn't give in. We can do this! Anne

'7 pounds in 10 days! Awesome - way to go! Good job staying away from candy this week. \r\n\r\nI\'m restarting P1 as well. Last Nov. I started and by March I lost 24 pounds. However, since March I\'ve gained back 10. So I\'m restarting seriously this time to get those 10 off. I\'m on day 4 and no loss seen on the scale yet, but my clothes feel better and I know I\'ve been following plan right. So, I\'m expecting a big loss soon. (I\'d better!!) First time on P1 I dropped weight fast and lots of it. Not happening so well this time. But, my cravings are gone and that\'s a blessing. Makes life easier.'

Hi, I kinda cheated this weekend because my little brother and sister came back from Vegas to visit me. I'm from southern California btw. Will do a fresh start tomorrow. Money is tight, so I have to watch out for the expensive foods. Anyways, GoodLuck!

Hi! And welcome and best of luck to you! And others just starting. Don't let that 1st 2 weeks throw ya... Eat plenty of veggies, and everything else you're allowed and you'll be fine. Any questions about P1, or starting on P2... don't hesitate to ask away.

Good luck... this is the best diet ever. You will learn a new, healthy way of eating that will carry you through the rest of your life!

Hi all, I had lost 7 lbs in the first 10 days and have now been on SB for 3 weeks and am only down 8 lbs. I stayed on phase 1 because I have a reunion in two weeks. Do you think I should go on to phase 2 to kickstart my metabolism? Anne

FYI, my face and belly are really showing a difference which that in itself are keeping me motivated!

'I started the SB plan with my husband three weeks ago this coming wednesday. In the first 8 days, I lost 12 lbs and he lost 10. I realize it\'s water initially but we are still on phase 1 and over the last three days, I documented our food and calorie intake because after that initial weight loss in 8 days.... neither of us has lost an ounce in nearly two weeks. I\'m averaging 1200 calories a day and i\'m walking so I\'m very confused why i\'m not losing anymore. I\'ve not had a single piece of bread, pasta or anything with white flour in 3 weeks. I\'m getting frustrated.'

I just noticed the "fresh start". I hope fresh start doesn't mean to start over. A little misstep like you describe shouldn't send you backwards. Just forget about it and continue where you left off and you'll be fine. It's rarely a good idea to extend Phase 1 for more than the 2 weeks. I cravings haven't come back... just move on. And when you're ready for Phase 2 (if you haven't already), just make sure you intrudece each new thing slowly.
