Default Is it okay to eat Corn on phase 1?
Is it ok to eat corn in phase one? I'm kinda confuse because I thought corn was starch, which would make it carbs right? I saw this on the food to enjoy list and i'm confused. Let me know, thanks!

No. Stay away from corn in Phase 1.... and limit it in Phase 2.
