| Hello, I've been reading more and more about the SBD and started on it this morning by having 2 eggs with some ham mixed in, only to discover I had no.... pallitable veggies in the house (cauliflour just doesn't look edible at 6AM) This part I can soon medicate with some veggie juice. But I have another question What kind of things have you guys found are good Phase 1 breakfast foods? I want to be loyal to the program and such, but I don't really want to eat eggs every day for reasons of cholesterol and personal preference Thanks | ||||||||||

| I'm not much help because I usually eat eggs! I've been eating omelets. Eggs, ham, cheese, bell peppers, mushrooms, and salsa, ole! | ||||||||||

| Haha, maybe I was thinking about it wrong. Spicing up the eggs a little bit sounds like a good idea. | ||||||||||

| Yeah, I'm not one to eat eggs but I like to add salsa and Ms. Dash (salt free spices).
