Hi I'm starting the South Beach Diet again on Sunday the 20th. I went off the wagon last time because I had a really bad cold. So ever since then I stop the SB diet. But now I'm am committed and will start again this Monday. I'm going shopping this weekend for the diet. Here is my meal plan, let me know whats right and wrong with it. I'll be drinking about 10 glasses water per day and spacing out all my meals 3 hours in between.
Breakfast: 2 eggs fried, 1/2 cup spinach and coffee /w splenda.

Snack: 8-10 Slices of ham
Lunch: Slices of Beef (fried on pan), 2 cups of spinach (or romaine lettuce) 2 table spoon of dressing, and side of pinto beans with 1 can of coke zero.
Snack: 15 almonds or 9-10 slices of ham.
Dinner: Lean steak or (slices of beef again), 2 cup of spinach or romaine lettuce with 2 tablespon of dressing, and 1 can of soda ( probably a sprite zero).
