| What is probably happening is your body is going thru whats called Ketosis. If you were a big carb eater before and now switching to a low-carb diet. It can happen. What is Ketosis? Is Ketosis Dangerous? How to Detect Ketosis. Check out the link it can explain it better than I can. It should go away, once your body gets used to the new diet. | ||||||||||

| except SB is designed specifically to keep you out of ketosis. If you are experiencing "keto breath" or other symptoms, then you aren't likely eating enough, eating enough veggies or including the recommended amounts of dairy (allowed milk and/or yogurt) and beans/legumes. You really should be able to easily get to 80-90 gms of carbs on a daily basis in P1 and obviously more than that in P2. SB is technically a "modified carb" dietary program, not a low carb one. | |||||||||||
