| Any ideas on satisfying cravings for crunchy foods that don't involve crunchy celery??? Needs to be P1 friendly, please. Thanks!

| That sounds terrific. I wouldn't have thought of doing that. Sounds like something I would eat whether I'm in P1 or not. Will try tomorrow!

| 'I like to make crunchy cheese in the microwave. Take a slice of 2% american cheese and place it on a microwave safe plate lightly sprayed with a little non-stick cooking spray. Microwave on high for about 90 seconds or until the cheese gets slightly browned and bubbly. I had to experiment a bit until I got the time just right. It\'s delicious and tastes like you\'re eating a giant sized Cheezit.' | ||||||||||

| I've tried this before with cheese sticks. It's a yummy, bubbly treat. But it seems like it's really easy to overdo it on the cheese in this diet, don't you think?? haha - at least I tend to gravitate that way instead of veggies. Might be a problem I need to deal with this week!

| The chick peas were a pleasant suprise, I don't mind the veggies, I am sick of salads though, one more piece of lettuce and I am going to sprout bucked teeth!! | ||||||||||
