Advice on SB flu?? I'm on day 7 and started feeling very, very weak yesterday. I've been eating 2 cups nonfat, plain yogurt and at least 1/2 cup beans daily for the past week to stave off SB flu. I'm not sure if I'm getting sick or if it's the diet. I have been working out in my usual routine - do I have to slow that down a bit in P1? (run 3 miles 4 times/week). I really don't want to slow down on exercise.
Any veterans out there with advice?
