| Who else is almost ready to go to P2? (I should be going to P2 today but cheated over the weekend and will stay in P1 for 2 more days to detox myself from the flour and sugar I indulged in over the weekend.) What are your thoughts about moving to P2? What are your menu plans? Are we ready to do this thing together?

| I've been looking at some posts about P2. I think I'll try one fruit (berries to start) and one bowl of cereal. I know I can't have cereal in the morning because it will make me hungry later. But I think it might be nice before my afternoon run - give me some energy for the run. Who's with me?

| Hi Dls. I'm about a week behind you. I'm still on Ms T's thought process of sticking closer to P1, but adding some P2 things every few days or so. I was having thoughts of cheese pizza yesterday. But I fought through it. I'll credit "french" - "nothing tastes as good as thin feels" I've been getting daily emails from SB with links to recipes, but they don't say what Phase they are. | I did have a crepe pizza last night. All veggies on top with feta cheese. It was good but I do feel sluggish this morning. I also had cereal yesterday so too much P2 food. I feel I am floundering a bit with this diet right now. I am starting a weekend of 12 hour shifts at the hospital so I should be able to stick to P1 foods because I've gotten pretty good at planning foods for the day. The junk food laying around doesn't tempt me very much anymore as long as I have healthy alternatives. So I'm hoping that a few strict days will get me on track again. Exercise is not an option this weekend because of the crazy pace and schedule I will have. However, I will go to abs class today before work.

| Ms D !!!!!! Keep on track!!! I do know what you mean by floundering. But we need to keep "french"s quote in mind - "nothing tastes as good as thin feels" When I feel like cheating, I try to look for something new to eat worthy of P1. I have that taped up by my computer. Have a good weekend. | ||||||||||

| I can't wait to see phase 2! Phase 1 has been hard, but with my husband doing it with me, he has helped to keep me focused and on track. | ||||||||||

| Just working a lot of hours and spring has finally sprung FINALLY!!! So I'm rollerblading and raking, etc in addition to working 12 hour shifts. But I have the next 4 days off - wonderful. It's going well again. REally well. I am hanging at 8 pounds off (started at 181 and firmly at 173). Goal - 170 for now. I had some rough days and was floundering but go a lot of support THANKS TO YOU ALL!!!!!! And all is well again. I've had some strawberries today and yesterday I had a flax seed muffin. Skipping the cereal for now because it made me hungry and felt bloated. I'm curious about the oatmeal pancake??? Anyone have the recipe? Thanks.
