| I had rice and chocolate yesterday and flour on Saturday- my first cheating in P1. Made it 10 days just fine and then fell off the wagon. Here's what I learned - I FEEL LIKE CRAP TODAY! Like I'm hungover and hungry and craving bad foods. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. Plan to drink lots of water, go for a long run and stay on P1 for 2 more days to detox again. sigh...

| Yesterday went fine although I did feel really hungry all day. No cheating though - just ate lots of salads. Also roasted chickpeas for snack and man, do I ever love that snack. For anyone reading who hasn't tried it - rinse can of organic chickpeas (garbanzo beans) well mix a little sesame oil and salt and pepper and whatever spices you like - I've been using chili pepper spread on cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees until they just start to brown on outside. Outside will be toasty and inside warm and chewy. Yum. Seems like it takes about 30-40 minutes. It's better than potato chips! They don't seem to keep though. You'll just have to eat them all in one day! So one more day in P1 and I'll transition to P2.

| Could you use sesame seeds to coat the outside? | ||||||||||
