| Alright, I've been on SB for 5 days now, and I know that it's not a lot, but I feel like I should have lost SOMETHING by now. Even one pound. But no, my weight is exactly the same as where I started | ||||||||||

| I don't really have any insight. There are more experienced people on this sight than I am. However, I can share from my own experience. I did lost weight during P1, but I also did have days where I didn't lose at all and then all of a sudden I would drop 3 pounds. It's worth the wait. Also, read the stickies and some other posts and forums. Often times others have gone through the same and have insight. I'll just encourage you to not give up. I absolutely know this diet works for me. it's the ONLY one with which I've ever had success. I hope same is true for you.
