Hello everyone! I am new to the SBD and to the forums. I've been reading a lot and trying to educate myself. I started the SBD last Tuesday and was successful (with the exception of maybe too many peanuts) until yesterday. I felt tired, weak and very crummy. I couldn't handle it anymore and I ended up eating an individual size pizza (it was veggie

) I felt better afterwards and chalked it up to that I just wasn't eating enough. Well I have been reading more posts this morning and see that it is common to feel this way after a few days. I'm feeling pretty bad now for giving up yesterday. I stuck to the diet for the rest of the day and fortunately didn't have any more carb cravings. So my question is "what do I do from here"? Do you I have to start P1 over again from the beginning or can I just add on a couple of extra days? I'm not sure how forgiving the plan is as this is the first time I've tried it.
So far all of the posts I've read have been very helpful and I'm looking for any guidance that anyone would like to give!
