Trying SBD again.... So I tried SBD a few months ago and I put on a few pounds during p1. Prior to starting SBD, all I was eating was Protein, Fruits and Veggies during the week (specific measured portions) and eating more relaxed on the weekends, like pizza occasionally, wings, more carbs, etc. I would have thought that P1, would have helped me clean out my system and help me lose a few pounds. I really only want to lose 5-10lbs. I have decided to try the SBD again b/c I have but on about 10lbs since January and I would really like to lose them. Again I have been eating protein fruits and veggies during the week and eating pretty much what I want within reason on the weekends, lately I feel like I am restricting myself during the week and then bingeing on the weekends and I need to get out of that habit and get more structure but also have a plan that I can keep up with forever. I feel like if I eat unlimited amounts of protein and veggies, I'm still going to gain weight...I'm scared actually b/c that's what happened last time...someone please help! I need advice or something. I am planning to start SBD on 6/16. It's my bday tomorrow and I'm going out of town next weekend, and I want to be strict with P1, so I am waiting till I get back.
