Default Looking For Tools/tracker

Hi all,

I am looking for some type of tracker that I can use to keep track of what I have for each meal, snacks, exercise, etc.

The ideal one would also have the SB allowances for protein, veg, milk/dairy for each meal and snacks on it so I can glance at it from time to time to make sure I'm doing what I'm supposed to.

I'd also like something that would track my water intake and my exercise for the day.

I know it's a lot to ask for but does anyone know if such a thing exists?

Thank you,
Marybeth

Are you talking about fitday?

You can also try to use our blogging feature at:

Yikes! Where do I start??? For some reason, I bookmarked a bunch of these but never use them (I know, bad, bad, bad - but I get obsessed with numbers and it becomes detrimental to my progress...) I do use Fitday, as Tom mentioned, occasionally and it's pretty good.

Here are a few others:

http://www.nutritiondata.com/ - Lots of people like this one because it not only tracks the usual stuff (calories, fat, etc.) but also tells you vitamins and minerals and the like in foods so you know what you're getting.

http://www.thedailyplate.com/ - I'm told that this one has a much larger databse than Fitday, but I've never tried it. Poking around, though, I did notice that it has an exercise tracker and a water tracker as well.

I think the About.com website also has one but I can't find it just now.

Hope that helps!

Tam
