| Hi Ouizoid - I think we met informally on another SBD board If memory serves me right, the Phase 1 food list talks about soy milk that is unsweetened and the guildeline for that is that it should have no more than 4 grams of fat per serving. I looked up unsweetened almond milk (Almond Breeze brand) in Fitday (I put it in there as one of my custom foods) and the fat grams for 1 cup is 3. So I would think that the almond milk would be ok, as long as it's unsweetened. Hope that helps! Tam | ||||||||||
